How Forlæns uses AI
Forlæns may use artificial intelligence as a support tool in development, analysis, and delivery. AI can help prepare drafts, summarise material, or describe content.
AI does not make decisions about people on behalf of Forlæns. A person reviews the finished work and remains responsible for the result.
Material and confidentiality
We use AI services only with publicly available material. Confidential or non-public client material is not used in AI services. This includes content from areas behind a login, client portals, private test environments, and user profiles, as well as access credentials.
Sensitive personal data is outside Forlæns’ use of AI.
External AI services
When AI forms part of a specific task, Forlæns uses external AI services only after a specific assessment. We do not use client material in an AI service unless it is necessary for the agreed delivery and the right safeguards are in place. We limit material to what is necessary and use configurations and agreements that do not use client material to train general models.
Choice and questions
When AI forms part of a specific delivery, a client can ask how it is used and choose a different approach where appropriate. Contact Forlæns at support@forlaens.com if you would like to know more about how AI is used in a specific collaboration.
